Kuppaimeni is also known as “Indian nettle, three- seeded mercury, Indian copper leaf. And botanical name of kuppaimeni is Acalypha indica.This is an annual herb that grows upto 3ft in height. Kuppaimeni is differentiated by the cup shaped involucre. The small flowers in the catkin are covered by cat – shaped involucres.
